Thank you for volunteering with Lehigh Little League. It is essential that you have full PA clearances completed and on file with the league before you are eligible to volunteer. We have four REQUIRED clearance/training items and one OPTIONAL (but strongly encouraged). The instructions to apply for these clearances are below.
Step 1 (REQUIRED): Check your clearances dates. If you have documents dated 6/22/19 or NEWER, then they are good for this season (please email pdf copies to the league if you have not done so already). If you do not know if your clearances are current, you may contact the league at
[email protected] to check.
Step 2 (REQUIRED): If you need to renew ANY of your three clearances, please see the A, B, C links below to do so. Please email pdf copies of the documents you receive directly to the league at
[email protected] . They will be filed with our volunteer records. If you have lived in PA consecutively for the last 10 years, you do NOT need the FBI fingerprinting. The other two (PATCH and Child abuse) are required. It takes time for these clearances to process DO NOT WAIT until March to update them.
Step 3 (REQUIRED): USA Baseball Abuse Awareness Training.

C. Follow the steps in the attached file to take the training course (
USA_Baseball_Abuse_Awareness_Training.pdf). It will take about 30 min. Upon successful completion of the course including quiz score of 80% or higher, you will receive a certificate of completion by email.
D. Email a copy of your certificate of completion to the league at

Step 4 (OPTIONAL): Diamond Leader Training
B. Create a logon, complete the training. Upon successful completion of the course including quiz score of 80% or higher, you will receive a certificate of completion by email.
